Jasmine has a broad range of experience on all aspects of marine and international trade litigation and international arbitration. She has represented shipyards, ship owners, charterers and commodity houses on a range of issues and disputes arising from shipbuilding and superyacht contracts, charterparties, bills of lading, and sale of goods agreements. She has been involved in successfully representing Korean and European shipyards on a number of high value and complex shipbuilding disputes.
Prior to joining Preston Turnbull, Jasmine spent five years at a global law firm. She has represented clients across a range of arbitral forums, including the LCIA, LMAA, GAFTA and FOSFA, as well as in High Court litigation in the Commercial Court
