James Stephenson

James graduated from University College London with first class honours in Law. After graduating, he spent a decade working in education, during which he obtained a master’s degree from the University of Cambridge.

James joined the firm on a training contract in 2024 and subsequently qualified as an Associate. He works across a wide variety of practice areas, including commercial litigation and arbitration, charterparty disputes, international trade, ship sale and purchase disputes, and commercial insurance. He also has experience of litigation at all levels of the court system.
