Victoria works alongside the leadership team to provide support and advice across the firm on all areas of HR & Compliance. She ensures that the firm has a robust and appropriate response to its external and internal risk and compliance obligations in line with current legislation and regulations, whilst supporting the firm through the effective management of people and performance.
Victoria is a CIPD HR Professional with more than 10 years’ experience in law firm compliance and HR matters, whilst also having extensive experience of the shipping industry.
