Preston Turnbull Bouquetins Take on Alpine Maritime Mountain Race for Seafarers Charity

A bouquetin is a ruminant wild mountain goat characterised by its long, spiralled horns and sure-footed climbing ability in rocky terrain. This animal, perhaps more for its climbing ability rather than the characteristic horns, seemed like an apt name for the team formed of Scarlett Dixon and Katie Summerfield of Preston Turnbull LLP and Ayodele Arogundade of UK P&I Club as they take on the Maritime Mountain Race through the Alps in June to raise money for The Mission to Seafarers (MTS) charity.

MTS provide vital help and support to 1.89 million crew members and are available 24/7, 365 days per year. The work they do is invaluable for one of the most important components of the maritime industry – the seafarer – and our team are delighted to (hopefully) nimbly and sure-footedly climb some mountains in order to raise funds to support the charity.
